The quote tool

The pricing form collects gender, birth date, health self-rating, smoking status, desired coverage, and duration requested. This data goes to the rate-checking system on the carriers' platform and is thrown away after the rate is returned. Quotation viewing requires no personal details. The quoting system can serve repeated identical requests from cache to reduce unnecessary repeat calls.

Applying

When you select Apply, your six answers go to the carriers' secure application, which fills them in and continues under that company's terms. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129), a licensed California insurer, manages your application. No policy is created or active until the carrier issues and you accept the offer.

The contact form

The form requests your full name, email address, an optional contact number, how you prefer to be reached, a subject line and your inquiry. Your message is transmitted by email to our office; the return email uses your email. No archive exists on this website, no customer record database, no message content log. Browser-based abuse protection runs briefly before your message leaves.

Measurement

This website uses first-party, tracking-free analytics from your domain. No tracking tools or cookies save personal information; your IP address has four digits removed before archiving; query parameters from previous sites are erased; records are purged every 90 days. Devices with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers opt out automatically.

What we do not do

Your information is never resold, rented to other companies, tracked by ad services, or collected via external analytics. The sole third-party script on this website is the carriers' application platform, which only runs when you visit the application page.
